Prototype Machining
We keep a dedicated Prototyping Team that can offering 3, 4, and 5 axis milling, and multi-axis turning on short notice.
Prototype like it’s in-house — you’ll have a direct line of communication with the project manager and machinist, so you can receive transparent real-time updates on how your parts are progressing.
Production Machining
When you’re ready to ramp up production with larger or recurring volumes, our Production Team works with you to reach the ideal lead time, price, and batch size.
We have customer part numbers that we’ve been running for decades — a true testament to our commitment to providing a stable yet cost-effective supply chain solution.
Speed with compliance
We’re ITAR Registered and tracking for AS9100 Rev D Certification in Q1 2027. We’re also able to meet other compliance standards per request (RoHS, REACH, etc.)

Capabilities
CNC Milling
We’re capable of 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling.
Our largest mill has a continuous envelope of 40” x 23” x 23”, and we can accommodate larger weighing up to 2,600 lbs.
Probe and Thermowells
With the acquisition of Madison Manufacturing, we’ve in-housed the ability to create small diameter probes and thermowells for the food/beverage and HVAC industries.
If you’re looking for a production source for probes or thermowells, we can offer a cost-effective domestic solution.
CNC Turning
With subspindle, Y-axis, and live tooling capabilities, we’re able to drop finished parts from our turning centers.
Our largest lathes can feed through chuck up to 3.5” and swing a diameters up to 26”.
Design
If you don’t have a drawing or model, we can work with you to log your idea or reverse engineer and existing part.
We keep logs of aftermarket parts for customers that can no longer get replacement parts from
Welding, Fabrication and Assembly
We have welders on staff that can provide MIG and TIG welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless.
Inspection
For customers that are unable to inspect their own parts, we’re able to step in and offer our NIST traceable equipment and gauges.
We have a CMM, Vision System, and thousands of gauges to support your metrology needs.
